Information We Collect

Wrist Time is designed to be privacy-focused and stores your watch collection data locally on your device. We do not collect personal information for advertising or marketing purposes. For optional in-app purchases, we use a third-party service (RevenueCat) to process transactions, as described below.

Data Stored Locally on Your Device

Wrist Time only stores information that you voluntarily enter into the app:

• Watch Collection Data: Watch names, brands, models, reference numbers, personal notes, and photos you choose to add
• Wear Tracking Data: Dates when you wore watches and the time of day (morning, afternoon, or night)

All data is stored locally on your iOS device using Apple's SwiftData framework. No data is transmitted to any servers or shared with any third parties.

Photo Access

When you choose to add photos to your watch collection, Wrist Time requests access to your photo library or camera. This access is:

• Optional: You can use the app fully without adding any photos
• Limited: Photos are only accessed when you explicitly choose to add them
• Local: Photos are copied to and stored within the app's local database
• Not Shared: Photos are never transmitted outside your device

You can deny photo access permission and still use all other features of the app.

In-App Purchases

Wrist Time offers optional "Tip the Developer" purchases to support continued development. These purchases are:

• Completely Optional: All app features work without making any purchases
• Lifetime Purchases: One-time payments with no recurring subscriptions
• Processed Securely: Handled through Apple's App Store and RevenueCat

When you make an in-app purchase, the following information is collected and processed:

• Anonymous Identifier: RevenueCat generates an anonymous user ID to track your purchase status (not linked to your personal identity)
• Purchase Data: Transaction details from Apple's App Store (product purchased, date, price)
• Device Information: Basic device info (OS version, device type, app version) for compatibility purposes

This data is used solely to verify your purchase status and is never used for advertising or marketing.

Data Security

• Your watch collection and wear log data remains on your device and under your control
• No user accounts, logins, or cloud synchronization for your collection data
• Internet connection is only used when making optional in-app purchases
• Purchase processing is handled securely by Apple and RevenueCat
• Your watch collection data cannot be accessed by Wrist Time developers or any other parties

Data Deletion

You can delete any watch or wear log data at any time within the app. To completely remove all data, you can delete the Wrist Time app from your device.

Third-Party Services

Wrist Time uses the following third-party service:
